形容词、副词的最高级
一、形容词和副词的最高级（单元核心语法）
1. 核心定义
最高级定义：表示三者或三者以上人或事物之间的比较，用来强调“最……”的程度。
2. 构成规则
规则变化：
1. 一般情况：词尾加“est”，如tall→tallest、fast→fastest。
2. 以不发音的“e”结尾：词尾加“st”，如nice→nicest、late→latest。
3. 重读闭音节，且词尾只有一个辅音字母：双写尾字母加“est”，如big→biggest、thin→thinnest。
4. 以“辅音字母+y”结尾：变“y”为“i”加“est”，如funny→funniest、easy→easiest。
5. 多音节和部分双音节词：词前加“most”，如outgoing→most outgoing、carefully→most carefully。
不规则变化：
部分形容词和副词的最高级需特殊记忆，如good/well→best、many/much→most、little→least、far→farthest(具体距离“最远的”) /furthest（抽象意义“最深远的”）、old→oldest（强调年龄的大小）/eldest（强调长幼顺序、辈分的大小）。

口诀：三 “坏” 两 “多” 和 两 “好”，一是 “远” 来，二是 “老” 。还有一词含义多，只记 “少” 来 不记 “小”。（口诀解释：三“坏”bad/badly/ill，两“多”many/much，两“好”good/well，“远”far，“老”old，“少”little）
二、形容词和副词的最高级的范围
①in+范围：表示 “在…… 范围内”，后接大范围（如地点、组织、时间阶段等）。
例句：This is the biggest city in China.在中国这是最大的城市。
②of+具体成员/同类事物：表示 “在……中”，后接具体的人或事物（复数名词 / 集合名词），强调从同类中选出 “最……” 的个体。
例句：This apple is the sweetest of the five.这个苹果使这5个当中最甜的。
③among+同类群体：强调 “在……群体中”，后接复数名词或代词。
例句：Which is the smallest among these birds 这些鸟儿当中哪一个是最小的？
④out of +明确范围：表示 “从…… 中”，后接明确的复数名词或代词
表示 “从…… 中”，后接明确的复数名词或代词，常用于强调 “从某一特定范围中选出”。
例句：This song is my favorite out of his new album.这首歌是他新专辑里我最喜欢的。
形容词和副词的最高级的常用句型
1.一般句型
①主语+be+the+形容词最高级(+可数名词单数)+in/of短语.
如: Ms Chen is the most famous teacher in our school.陈老师是我们学校最著名的老师。
②主语+实义动词(+the)+副词最高级+in/of短语. (注：副词最高级前面的the可以省略。)
如:Bob jumps (the) highest in our class.鲍勃在我们班上跳得最高。
③主语+be+one of the+形容词最高级+可数名词复数+in/of短语.
如:The Nile is one of the longest rivers in the world. 尼罗河是世界上最长的河流之一。
④特殊疑问词+be+the+形容词最高级+可数名词单数(+in/of短语), A, B or C
如:Who is the tallest boy in your class, Tom, Jack or Bill 在你们班上谁是最高的男孩，汤姆，杰克还是比尔？
⑤特殊疑问词(+可数名词单数)+助动词+主语+动词原形(+the)+副词最高级, A, B or C
如:Which city do you like (the) best, Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou 你最喜欢哪个城市，北京，上海还是广州呢？
2.特殊结构
“比较级+than any other+可数名词单数”和“比较级+than the other+可数名词复数”的意思相同, 意为“比其他任何……都……”, 都表示最高级的含义。
如:This apple is redder than any other apple on the plate.
=This apple is redder than the other apples on the plate.
