动词ing的构成。
直接+ing: play-playing, read-reading, sing-singing, jump-jumping
双写+ing：swim-swimming, run-running, shop-shopping, jog-jogging
去e后+ing: skate-skating, write-writing, have-having, make-making
like + 动词ing, 喜欢做某事
I like playing basketball/ping-ping/football.
-Do you like reading storybooks –Yes, I do.
-What do you like doing –I like running and swimming.
2. go + 动词ing, 去做某事
I go swimming on hot days.
My mother goes shopping on Saturday.
3. be + 动词ing, 正在做某事
I am doing my homework now.
Look! The girls are dancing.
Listen! The birds are singing in the tree.
4. be good at + 动词ing = do well in + 动词ing 擅长做某事
I am good at playing basketball.
Lily does well in playing the piano.
5. have a swimming/skating/dancing lesson 上一节游泳/溜冰/舞蹈课
The boys have a skating lesson on Sunday morning.
The girl has dancing lesson this afternoon.
6. What about / How about +动词ing … 做某事怎么样？
=Let’s do sth. =Why not do sth.
-What about playing football –Good idea.
-How about going skating -Great.
三、区别liking doing sth.和would like to do sth.
like + 动词ing 喜欢做某事
would like + to + 动词原形 =want + to + 动词原形 想要做某事
I like swimming. I would like to go swimming tomorrow.
-Would you like to play football with us –Yes, I’d like to.
We want to play a game at the PE lesson.
–Do you want to play ping-pong –No, I don’t. I can’t play ping-pong.
四、can /can’t + 动词原形 会做某事
1. -I can play basketball well. What about you -Sorry, I can’t.
2. -Can you swim –Yes, I can.
3. –What can you do after school - I can reading storybooks in the library.
4. –I can’t play ping-pong well. – Have a go.
5. - Can we play basketball again tomorrow – Good idea.
五、good与well的区别
good为形容词（adj.）, be/look/sound + good，good + 名
I am good at Maths. Mike is good at English.
She is a good student. She often says “Good morning” to the teachers.
The boy looks good in a new shirt.
well为副词(adv.), 副修动
Liu Tao can play ping-pong well.
I can do well at school and home.
六、be good at sth. = do well in sth.擅长某事
be good at +动词ing =do well in +动词ing擅长做某事
The girl is good at PE. = The girl does well in PE.
I am good at dancing. =I do well in dancing.
They are good at swimming. =They do well in swimming.
七、too, also, either “也”
too用于肯定句尾。
Nice to meet you too.
I am good at English too.
also用于句中，实义动词前，be和can后。
I like swimming. My friend also likes swimming.
Nancy is good at dancing. Helen is also good at dancing.
My father can play basketball. My mother can also play basketball.
either用于否定句尾。
–I can’t play the piano, Lily. –I can’t play the piano either, Helen.
