Last summer vacation, my family and I went on a trip to the mountains. We packed our bags early in the morning and set off by car. The journey (旅行) was long but exciting. We sang songs and played games to pass the time.

Travel is fun and exciting. You need to keep healthy during the trip. There are three things you should remember when you travel.
Give your body some rest. A holiday should be a time for relaxing. But very often it is not. You may spend a lot of time walking around so many places, such as museums, shops, parks and so on. This can make you exhausted. A tired body means a weak body, and a weak body may get ill. So when travelling, remember to stop walking and sit down for a few hours in a nice place.
